Best of Caucasus travel company is fully compliant with "The Package Travel Regulations 2018" and all holidays offered by us are financially protected by one of two schemes explained below.
 

FLIGHTS INCLUSIVE PACKAGES FROM THE UK - PROTECTED BY ATOL

We are fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) so all the flights and flight-inclusive holidays offered by our company that are made available in the UK are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Our ATOL number is 6801. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. Read more.
 

OTHER PACKAGES - PROTECTED BY TRUSTEE ACCOUNT SCHEME

Those packages which are not protected by ATOL are covered by our trustee account scheme. All monies paid to us are held in the United Kingdom by a trustee in a separate bank account until you returned from your trip. Your money will be refunded or you will be returned to the starting point of your contracted arrangements if already abroad in the unlikely event of our insolvency.
